We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will include an additional service fee of 1 BHD, payable on arrival. You will receive tracking or delivery details once your order has been dispatched. For any inquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

We accept payments via BenefitPay, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. Cash on Delivery orders include a 1 BHD service fee, payable on arrival. For BenefitPay or bank transfers, you must send proof of payment along with your order number to our WhatsApp to confirm your order. Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received.
